The food is generally quite good. Maybe not the very best Chinese I've ever had, but better than most Chinese restaurants.
One can eat in, if one's okay with a spartan atmosphere and plastic utensils & plates. My wife and I are more impressed with good food that's still hot and at reasonable prices than we are with fancy surroundings.
We find the folks who staff the counter to be friendly; we're frequent customers so we're known and treated with pleasant courtesy. And the service is always fast and efficient.
I'd recommend this place.

WARNING!!!! GO ELSE where. The food and the service is no good. You are better off going to TACO BELL or MC DONALD'S. From a 1 to 5 star 1.5... You can't eat food from people you can NOT trust and are not passionate about what they do.
